Pawfection operates www.pawfection-store.com, the Pawfection mobile app, and our grooming and boarding salon at Warsan Fourth, International City Phase 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with. We handle your data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. WHAT YOU GIVE US

Account details — your name, email address, mobile number and password when you create an account.

Delivery details — the addresses you save and any delivery notes.

Your pets — what you enter under My Pets: the pet's name, type, breed, date of birth, sex, weight, colour, and the photo you upload. We use these to match your pet to the right service and to let the groomer know them before they arrive.

Orders and appointments — what you bought, what you booked, when, and for which pet.

Your messages — what you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone, or through the assistant in the app.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

Basic device information (model, operating system version, app version, language) so we can fix crashes and show the right language.

We do not collect your location. The app never asks for GPS permission.

Cookies and measurement. The website uses cookies that keep you signed in and keep your basket. We also use Google Analytics, to understand how people use the site, and the Meta Pixel, so that we can show our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited us. These tools set their own cookies and share limited browsing information with Google and Meta, who act as independent controllers of that data. You can refuse them through the cookie banner or your browser settings, and the shop will still work normally.

3. PAYMENT — WE NEVER SEE YOUR CARD

Payment is taken on a secure checkout page hosted by Zoho and processed by our payment provider. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card numbers never reach Pawfection, are never stored by us, and are not visible to any of our staff. The app has no access to them at all.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To take and deliver your order; to run and remind you of grooming and boarding appointments; to answer your questions; to handle returns and refunds; to keep the records UAE law requires us to keep; and to send you offers only if you have agreed to receive them.

5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with:

Zoho Corporation — our shop, inventory, bookings and customer records run on Zoho Commerce, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Bookings and Zoho CRM. Zoho processes this data on our instructions and on our behalf.

Our payment provider — to take payment.

Our delivery company — deliveries are carried out by an external courier. We pass them your name, address and phone number only, so your order arrives.

Google and Meta — the limited browsing information described in section 2.

The authorities — where there is a binding legal request.

6. THE MOBILE APP SPECIFICALLY

Signing in happens on Zoho's own sign-in page inside the app. Your password is never typed into Pawfection's own code and we never store it on your phone.

Your wishlist is stored on your device only and is not sent to us.

Pet photos are stored with your customer record so our groomers can recognise your pet.

The app carries no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order and invoice records: for as long as UAE law requires. Your account, pet profiles and appointment history: until you ask us to delete them.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for marketing. Write to hello@pawfection-store.com or call +971 58 100 9409 and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting your account also deletes your pet profiles.

9. CHILDREN

Our shop is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change it, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
