Products may appear different than those shown in photos due to external factors like lighting.
Photographs are taken in our own studio, and colours can shift with lighting, camera and screen settings. The item you receive is the one described on the product page. If it is not what you expected, our returns policy applies.
If you don't like our products, you can feel free to return them within 7 days of delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 100 9409 or email hello@pawfection-store.com within those 7 days, quoting your order number and the reason, and we will arrange a pickup from your address.
The original packaging should be intact at the time of returning.
The item must also be unused and complete with all its accessories. For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, supplements, used grooming tools and opened cat litter cannot be returned.
Kindly provide a return invoice copy to the delivery agent at the time of pickup.
We email you the return invoice once your return is approved. Print it, or show it on your phone,
and hand a copy to the driver when they collect the item.
